Property Manager

We have a scattered site Property Manager vacancy and are looking for the right candidate to join our growing team to maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants and spearhead the communication with property owners regarding the daily operations and budgeting for the properties. You should be able to tell us about your track record of success as a self-starter, working with both tenants and owners successfully, managing all aspects of assigned properties, and arranging maintenance to meet standards.   • Interact with tenants, maintenance personnel, engineers etc.
  • Coordinating with our leasing team to ensure smooth turnovers between tenants
  • Managing the maintenance staff including third party vendors
  • Inspect properties, review contracts, schedule work.
  • Oversee tenant ledgers to ensure timely collections.
  • Oversight of resident work order intake and completion including both emergency and non-emergency maintenance requests.
We are seeking candidates who possess the following skill set:
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in property management.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Superior organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
  • Must possess proficiency with Microsoft and/or Google Suite of office tools.
  • A professional attitude with a desire to deliver great customer service.
  • College degree preferred.

Property Accountant

  • Preparing invoices,
  • Recording rent (A/R),
  • Entering and paying bills (A/P),
  • Maintaining tenant and general ledger entries,
  • Addressing accounting questions from various stakeholders (including property owners, property managers, and vendors) and other accounting-related activities,
  • Month-end closing procedures which includes preparing property-level financial reports and assisting the accounting team with bank reconciliation procedures.
We are seeking candidates who possess the following skill sets:
  • Experience in property management preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Must have strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
