33 was recently hired as property manager for this 120-unit luxury “smart” building. Property Markets Group selected 33 for the institutional experience and sophistication of the team, as well as the thoughtful, dynamic approach the team takes in addressing the nuances that come with managing a smart building through its construction and beyond. Thus far, 33 has assisted in building a custom website, a public relations platform and many other pre-construction tasks in an effort to position the building for immediate success.

50 E 16th Street Chicago, IL “The Guild”

33 was hired as the property manager for this 171 condo conversion project in the South Loop of Chicago. 33 also serves as the on-site construction liaison for the building’s multi-million dollar renovation projection. The 33 team works in coordination with the general contractor and trades to execute full construction efforts in the occupied building. 33 also works closely with the general contractor to ensure completion of outstanding warranty and punch list items for new condo buyers in the building.

209 Emanuel Cleaver Ct Kansas City, MO“Plaza Towers”

33 consulted a Chicago-based hedge fund on the purchase, renovation and management of this 84-unit apartment tower. 33 then partnered with a KC-based general contractor to oversee and consult on the $5M renovation and rebranding of the Plaza Towers. 33’s marketing team penned a PR piece that was ultimately published by The Kansas City Star. This “outside of the box” approach from a property manager helped create positive buzz for a building that previously had a negative stigma. 33 added more value for the owners by proposing and executing a plan to achieve a six figure historical tax credit.
