Stacy is responsible for the financial strategy, planning and reporting at 33 Realty. Her professional background includes more than twelve years of experience in financial restructuring, strategic planning and financial due diligence. Stacy received her B.B.A. with a concentration in accounting and finance from the University of Michigan and she is a certified public accountant (C.P.A.) in the state of Illinois.
Prior to joining 33 Realty, Stacy was a Managing Director in FTI Consulting’s (“FTI”) Corporate Finance Practice. At FTI, Stacy had the opportunity to work on several high profile restructuring cases, including the largest turnaround of a real estate investment trust (REIT) in US history. Stacy’s experience at FTI included working in a financial advisory lead capacity in conducting in-depth business plan reviews, implementing liquidity management procedures, building complex financial statement models used to evaluate the financial implications of various strategic alternatives, analyzing debtor solvency and performing financial due diligence of multi-national conglomerates for potential investors and equity sponsors in various industries. Stacy has experience representing all stakeholders, including debtors, creditors and equity investors in complex situations.
Stacy has also worked in the Transaction Services practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”) where she advised clients on potential transactions.
