Aaron Giles

Aaron grew up in Highland Park, Illinois, and attended Columbia College. Before entering the real estate sector, he had experience in the music industry, where he founded and operated his own company which produced live events and managed touring musicians. Aaron has spent the past eight year working with his family at K Giles LLC, focusing on real estate development, particularly multifamily projects. His real estate development skills encompass management, communication, and experience in construction management, design progression, entitlements, and asset management. Aaron harbors a passion for adaptive reuse projects.

In his new role at 33 Realty, he aims to expand his real estate knowledge and network beyond his active development work and into the brokerage side of the industry. He is excited for an opportunity to work with like-minded individuals, be a part of an office culture, and create brokerage and development opportunities. His goal is to identify, pursue, acquire, and execute at least one new development within the next 12 months, while also capitalizing on two active deals in his current pipeline. Outside of work, Aaron enjoys the great outdoors, live music, and competitive sports.
