Since 2011, Chet has concentrated on commercial real estate brokerage including land for redevelopment, apartment buildings, mixed use, and industrial. He has closed a number of transactions totaling over $20 million in the last two years. Chet has a wide range of experience with expertise in sales/marketing, strategic planning, and financial analysis. Before becoming a commercial broker, he had been involved in real estate financing and development projects both in Chicago and Northern Indiana. Before moving into real estate, Chet worked in media and telecom in sales and marketing roles. After completing graduate school, he began his career in management consulting at Accenture.
He is a member of the Chicago Area Realtors Association, Illinois Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. Chet earned a BA from Northwestern University in International Relations and a MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. After college, he served 5 years in the Marines as an artillery officer.
