Tim graduated from Ball State University in 2002 with a Bachelors in Finance and earned his certificate in Financial Planning from NYU. In addition to his Illinois Real Estate License Tim also holds his Illinois Insurance License, and his FINRA/NASD Series 3, 7, 30, 63, & 65 licenses. Tim started his career in Chicago as an Equities and Option Trader. In 2005, Tim worked as an investment analyst for Ennis Knupp and Associates specializing in Alternative Investments including Real Estate, Private Equity, and Hedge Funds. After working as an analyst Tim worked in the Investment Management Division of Zacks Investment Research helping create investment portfolios for the firms high net worth client division. In 2010 Tim started Huron Investment Management a Registered Investment Advisor Firm which helps clients create portfolios designed to preserve, protect and grow the investments. In 2012 Tim and Huron Investments Joined 33 realty to help clients understand the investment opportunities in Real Estate and to show each client how every real estate decision they make impacts their future net worth. Tim focuses on helping Property Managers and Real Estate investors increase their bottom lines and helps rental, buyer & sales clients make the best real estate decision for their situation.
