Glen Ellyn apartments is my favorite apartment so far that I have rented. The management is always updating the residents about upcoming events or routinely maintenance with set schedule. Communication with Ingrid and the maintenance guys are top tier if something needs fixed within the Unit. Garden and surrounding areas always looks beautiful and well maintained no matter what season it is. Overall, I have no complaints and I am satisfied with the apartment!

I had the pleasure of working with Robert on a maintenance issue at Vail Ave. It had been bothering me for a while without much progress made, but Robert was able to come up with a solution and communicate a realistic estimate that he followed through with, as promised, within one week. Since then, there have not been any issues and I am thankful for his hard work.

The Euclid Apartments are great… but by far what makes this place incredible is the quality of their maintenance guy, Robert. Not only does he get work orders done quickly but then takes it upon himself to help clean the grounds or do other small but important tasks around the property.

I have been with 33 since I first moved to Chicago four and a half years ago and honestly can't speak highly enough of them. Over the years, I have developed personal relationships with our property managers (Joe and Kayla), as well as our maintenance man (German), and they have all been consistently fantastic -- quick to respond, helpful in literally all situations, and willing to work with us when some flexibility and grace is needed. I only leave Google reviews when I feel very strongly about a business, and 33's loyalty and dedication to us as tenants drives me to write this. Cannot recommend enough.

The Glen Ellyn Apartments are fantastic. The apartments are nice, and everything is well maintained by our amazing maintenance guys, Sean and Felipe. Our leasing manager, Ingrid, is phenomenal. She stays on top of everything and is great with communication. I feel welcomed to stop in the office any time. The sense of community here is so strong. I love it here.

I will start this review by saying the chief maintenance officer Robert is amazing! Anything you need, he gets it done! We cannot say enough about how awesome it is to have someone you can rely on like him. The building has beautiful updated apartments and all the amenities. We have ample storage and our own designated parking spot. You will not be disappointed and it is literally close to anything you need in Arlington Heights. I can be on any expressway in less than ten minutes and love that I can take the Metra when I need to get to Chicago to my office! Fabulous place!!!
