Sean Story

Sean Story is the Executive Vice President of Multifamily. He is responsible for driving the vision and strategy of the business, elevating the performance of our team, and delivering exceptional service to our partners.

Throughout his career, Sean has held various executive positions in Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and Strategy for privately held companies with revenue from $50mln - $500mln+. As a versatile leader he has achieved remarkable results through developing strong, mission-driven organizational infrastructures, as well as cultivating cultures of trust, teamwork, excellence, and values. Most recently he served as Chief Operating Officer at 3L Real Estate - an investor, developer, and manager of multifamily assets across the Midwest and Texas.

Sean began his career in corporate and institutional banking at JPMorgan and Northern Trust. He received his MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Politics & Economics from Princeton University, where he also played football.

Currently Sean lives in the Chicago suburbs with his wife and three children. He is an active member of the community coaching multiple youth sports, as well as serving as a leader of Advocate Lutheran General Development council.
