Property maintenance is another simple way to protect your investment and gain peace of mind. We pride ourselves on keeping all buildings clean, safe, and free of damage to appeal to more renters and increase property value.
Whether you’re looking to sell or you simply need to find a new tenant, we have the tools and resources to market your property and make it that much more appealing.
It’s important that you’re aware of the finances surrounding your property. Our professionals are always transparent in reporting finances to you and keeping you looped in on pertinent information.
Not all tenants will be a good fit for your property. Leave the tenant screening process up to our team as we can help find qualified renters to sign leases for your space.
We know that price is top of mind when searching for Cook County property management. Generally speaking, the size and location of the property dictate the resources and time needed to maintain and manage it effectively, so it’s challenging to provide an estimate without knowing the particulars. Contact us, and we’d be happy to provide you with an estimate.

Why Choose Us for Property Management in Cook County?
Here are some reasons to consider 33 Realty for your Oak Park property management needs.
We understand that emergencies happen and it’s important to us that we’re always there for our clients. Rest assured that we are on call and ready to help you whenever you need it! Rest assured that we always respond to owner or tenant inquiries or maintenance requests in a timely manner to ensure your tenants have a positive experience with your building.
Tenant Screening Services
Not all tenants who are interested in renting from you will be a good fit. Rather than sorting through each application individually, you can instead rely on our tenant screening services for a thorough and robust background check into your applicants. This helps to eliminate the guesswork about whether or not your potential tenant will be a good fit for your property.
Minimizes Vacancies, Maximizes Investments
As a property owner, there’s nothing more frustrating than struggling to find a tenant for your space. In the case that tenant turnover is necessary, we’re happy to put together a rental analysis and help guide landlords on the current rental market. If needed, we can also work to secure replacement tenants well in advance so you aren’t scrambling to find someone at the last minute. As a result, we are able to maximize the return on investment for our property owners.
I have lived at Wicker Park Connection for 3+ years and I love it! The Property Manager, Kenny, makes this place feel like home and has brought back the sense of community in this building. He's the best this building has had and the improvements (decor, cleanliness, events in common spaces, etc.) are appreciated and noticed! The Assistant Property Manager, Drew, is also so sweet and a great addition to the building. Both Kenny and Drew make WPC a great place to live.
I don’t have enough good things to say about WPC. The building is gorgeous and well maintained and even has an amazing pool and gym. Living there I was close to fun bars and restaurants, a five min walk from the blue line and right in the heart of wicker park. The property manager Kenneth is incredibly helpful and goes out of his way to ensure your needs are met. I already miss living there and recommend the building to anyone looking to live in Chicago.
I'm going on my third year living at the Fields Lofts and absolutely LOVE it here! The amenities are amazing and the units are beautiful and spacious. The property manager, Jake, is also wonderful. He is extremely responsive and helpful and he truly goes above and beyond to help residents with whatever they need!
