From move-in day to move-out day at Centrum Evanston I have had the best experience! The gym & yoga room have all the essentials. Lush rooftop deck & club room where you can see the lake! What I am really going to miss is the buildings staff! They were always so friendly and helpful. I definitely appreciated the way they handled the shelter in place order. Their sanitation and extra safety protocols in the building made me feel comfortable and safe. Caroline was there for me start to finish. I can only hope that my next buildings management is as on top of their game as Caroline and Centrum Evanston! I’ll miss you guys!

The rental unit is lovely. I especially like that with the remodeling, the kitchen was kept as a separate room, so that one is not frying chicken in their living room, as is the case with so many "open concept" housing. Really lovely job on updating the building! Some concern about parking -- and for me, in particular, probably too many stairs to the first floor (10 stairs).
