Angela was born and raised in Quito, Ecuador. She moved to Chicago in 2014 to attended Loyola University of Chicago and graduated in 2018 with a triple BBA major in Economics, Finance, and Management. After finishing college, Angela spent one year as a Financial Advisor at a global professional services firm in Chicago, and due to student visa matters, she transferred to consulting role for a Spanish company operating in South America. Life changed unexpectedly, and she joined 33 & Cubed, under the Accounting and Finance department in March 2021.
Her financial background and analytical mindset contributes for the continued growth of 33 & Cubed. Being exposed to the different business lines and having the opportunity to contribute with different projects and teams, it's one of Angela's favorite things since she joined the team. When Angela turns off her computer, you can find her wearing running shoes, running around the city or teaching her daily fitness class to a nice community she has been building over the past year.
When Angela was child and traveled to the United States, she used to collect every single penny that she found on the floor, cause she could not understand why people did not care about a single cent. When she was 13 she took a trip with her family to Illinois for the first time. The last place she visited was Deerfield, and she was able to buy an ice cream with all the pennies she collected.
