Dale grew up in the small town of Waunakee just outside Madison, Wisconsin. He attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater obtaining a B.A. in International Studies and French. Since he is also an educator, he has an M.A. in Curriculum & Instruction from Concordia University. Dale’s journey into real estate began 20 years ago when he purchased two multi-unit properties in Chicago. He has been with 33 since 2011 and is grateful for the serendipity that got him here. While selling a grill to someone, he asked the buyer if he knew anyone who may be interested in an apartment he had for rent. The buyer gave him Drew Millard's card. When Drew and Dale connected, they knew it was a good fit. Dale has also been a French teacher since 1991. He enjoys the career combo of helping kids learn a second language, while also being able to help others find a home or apartment. Being passionate about exploring the world, Dale has lived in France, Belgium, Tahiti and Martinique and intuitively connects with people from around the world. This has served him well in his real estate career because connection and trust are everything when people ask a broker to help them with such important life decisions like where to live. Dale enjoys the camaraderie of being a part of a team that has a vision and works toward it. He enjoys getting to know his clients and is dedicated to finding them a place where they’ll feel right at home. When not at work, Dale enjoys spending time with family & friends, exploring the world and reading.
In his youth, Dale was a model, and did excursions in French for Club Med in Tahiti and Martinique.
